Martin and Andrea Dalsass are a congenial father-and-son duo: Martin, a longtime dedicated Michelin-starred chef, likes to keep things simple, delivering unfussy dishes that are full of flavour; his son Andrea is the ideal host, with a passion for wine – here you have a fabulous selection to choose from. The beautiful setting is provided by a delightful Engadine farmhouse dating from 1658, which boasts a remarkable culinary history. Talvo successfully brings together cosiness and rustic elegance. Some of the seating is in the gallery overlooking the lower restaurant area. Good to know: both the pretty decorative cows adorning the tables and a range of delicacies are available for purchase.
