MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Felix Schneider and his team follow their own, quite unique philosophy. Working in an open kitchen, they create inventive dishes that have been thought out in detail, with the focus on sustainability. They grow their own fruit and vegetables and produce everything themselves. The atmosphere is laid-back; the chefs bring out the dishes. The set menu includes wine or soft drinks. N.B. from the beginning of May, the restaurant is located at Wiesentalstraße 40.
