The stream that once powered the mill still runs beside the terrace, and signs of its history show up in the timber beams and tiled stoves. The owners are hands-on and present, and it shows, from the wood-fired sauna to the small, well-run restaurant, where local ingredients take on subtle French and Japanese influences.
