MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This intimate ground floor restaurant has a back-to-nature feel and serves 10 and 20 course menus which evolve with the seasons. Childhood memories inspire many of the flavour-packed dishes, which ally modern techniques to traditional principles. They are finished off at the table with a flamboyant flourish.
