María José and Pedro, supported by their enthusiastic team, are the “tandem” behind this small yet welcoming restaurant located close to the city’s bullring. Here, the menu is steered towards simple yet well-executed Mediterranean cooking supported by top-quality ingredients. Dishes come in half portions, are very much designed for sharing, and are showcased on an à la carte that is always “alive” and changes with the seasons – a theme highlighted in its title: “today’s menu, who knows about tomorrow”! Dishes that particularly piqued our curiosity included the delicious anchovies with butter and fig jam, served on a plate held by the figurine of a woman. It’s not a bad idea to eat at the bar to experience every stage of the cooking process.
