MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This unique restaurant located near the legendary Lingotto test track is making something of a comeback with its modern furnishings and large windows boasting views of Turin’s skyline as well as the surrounding hills and mountains. At the helm in the kitchen, Fabrizio Tesse pulls out all the stops to create imaginative, modern cuisine using carefully chosen and perfectly balanced ingredients. After dinner, we highly recommend walking as far as the parabolic curves where vegetation creates a pleasant rooftop garden in the centre of Turin.
