A little way from the town centre, this fine 19C town house is now a luxury hotel. It has undergone first-rate restoration work, the fruits of which are particularly evident in the restaurant's dining area, which is set in an intimate and elegant lounge. Chef Anthony Carballo proposes two set menus inspired in part by the estate's vegetable garden. Tomato, basil, burrata; pollack, courgette, fish fumet: a lovely symphony of flavours, accompanied by a well-devised wine list! Alternatively, you can also enjoy a meal at the Brasserie des Flâneurs, in what was once the estate's distillery.
