Anjali By Syphon
Modestly sized at 29 rooms and suites, Anjali never feels crowded, and even the entry-level rooms are large, spanning some 35 square meters plus a private balcony. An upgrade earns you a room that opens onto the pool deck, and the top floor is reserved for even more lavish suites with peaked roofs and freestanding soaking tubs.
The Anjali Spa offers further opportunities for relaxation, while Hunkaar Table & Lounge serves refined Khmer and Western dishes made from market-fresh produce. And when it’s time to break the spell of restful seclusion, there’s a free tuk-tuk service connecting you with downtown Siem Reap — and the temple complex is only a few minutes farther away in the other direction.

I loved this hotel. Spacious rooms with balconies and really comfortable. You can slide the bathroom wall open making it feel like you were having a shower outside (privately as there are loads of plants on the balcony). Gorgeous pool. The food was amazing. It is a good bit out of the town. That didn't bother me at all as the town in not what you come here for, but there is nothing really in the immediate area. However you don't need anything as the food is so good at the hotel (and not expensive).
