How do you begin to describe a hotel like Atlantis The Palm? With its stunning location, perhaps, at the head of Palm Jumeirah overlooking the shimmering sea. Or maybe it’s better to start with its architecture, a huge, not-quite-symmetrical structure that sticks out like a beacon of luxury. But then you’d be overlooking the opulent guestrooms, including an underwater suite with views into the hotel’s own aquarium. And there’s the multiple MICHELIN-Star restaurants, of course.
