Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
The eponymous restaurant of this Piedmont-born chef features a glass-fronted kitchen, visible as soon as you walk through the door, a contemporary dining room embellished with cookery books, a private dining space, plus a patio-terrace. The modern, traditionally inspired cuisine with a creative touch aims to extol the virtues of seasonal ingredients, with a focus on texture and meticulous presentation. Full-day events focusing on different food themes (truffles, wild mushrooms, game etc) are also held throughout the year. In addition to the à la carte, you’ll also find two particularly interesting menus on offer: one entitled Bib Gourmand (lunchtime only, Monday to Friday), the other simply called Gastronòmio.
