Like the city it calls home, this 17th-century house in the historic center of Uzès is impossibly picturesque, from its elegant façade and its imposing central staircase to its rooms and suites, marrying period atmosphere and contemporary interior design. La Maison d’Uzès contains a mere nine rooms and suites, each one different, as is typical of historical houses — they vary in size and details but all come with modern comforts and unusually high ceilings. Other notable features include a spa with a Roman bath, hammam, and products by Clarins. The restaurant, La Table d’Uzès, has been recognized with one MICHELIN Star.
