米其林指南的觀點

It’s a testament to the strength of the Nobu brand — and that of Santorini, for that matter — that you know exactly what to expect from this hotel. Nobu Santorini, the first of its name in Greece, stands on a cliffside in Imerovigli, with an enviable view of the island’s famed caldera. And while the hotel itself owes as much to the familiar Cycladic style of whitewashed stone houses as it does to Nobu’s signature architectural minimalism, it’s as stylish as anything on the island, and as distinguished as any of Nobu’s other global outposts.

The accommodations are all suites and villas — not a standard room in the house. They’ve all got king beds and private terraces with views, and many of them come with private plunge pools as well. Spa treatments are available en suite, and there’s a decent gym, as well as easy access to the hiking trail that connects Oia and Thira. And, as you might imagine, there’s a restaurant whose reputation precedes it: Nobu Santorini serves the brand’s signature Peruvian-inflected Japanese fare, with additional influences from the Greek and Mediterranean traditions — all in an open-air setting that highlights the views you came here to see.

Please note: Nobu Hotel Santorini is a seasonal hotel, and is April thru October.
