The concept behind Okko, a small chain of four-star hotels with a dozen locations across France, is both style-conscious and practical: the check-in process is virtual, guest rooms are good-looking and functional, and lots of little things, from on-demand movies to happy hour snacks, are complimentary. Okko Hotels Nantes Château, in the center of Nantes, follows the format.
