The menu covers the culinary traditions of every region in Italy and is updated every three months to keep it fresh. Guests get to see how the food is prepared through the glass wall. Pizza dough, tagliatelle, ravioli and tagliolini are made from scratch in-house and the extensive wine list is well worth exploring.
