The atmosphere is lively and easygoing, with coveted spots right by the open kitchen, from where you can watch the chefs bring a fresh twist to Mediterranean classics. From their signature take on vitello tonnato featuring roast beef and a refined anchovy espuma, to red mullet fillets accompanied by a rich caponata, an intense lobster sauce and fragrant basil oil, exuberance and spicy nuances shine through in every dish.
