The Taiwanese vegetarian restaurant chain chose a verdant location by the river for their first outpost. The interior is inspired by Japanese Zen Buddhism, imparting a calming vibe. Only set menus are offered, with multiple courses influenced by kaiseki cuisine, thoughtfully named and meticulously plated. The monkey-head mushroom ‘steak’ in black pepper sauce impresses not only with its meaty texture, but also its beef-like look.
