Lamb hotpot here differs from others thanks to its special soup base which is fragrant and nourishing – it’s made with shellfish, lamb bones, goji berries and ginger, plus mustard cabbage stems in winter or white radish in summer. Order an extra portion of sliced lamb belly or loin to be blanched in the soup. Lamb trotters braised in spiced marinade are also worth trying. Choose between the wood-clad dining room and al fresco seating.
