The owner-chef at Subaru has one sole purpose and that is to serve the best-tasting soba to his customers. Like a true master committed to his craft, Chef Kang Yeong-cheol spent many years in Japan eating these noodles and honing his soba-making skills. He sticks to the classic ni-hachi-style soba, which consists of two parts wheat and eight parts buckwheat. His bestselling zaru soba shines in its utter simplicity - a must-try at Subaru.
