MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
With its open kitchen and counter seating, here offers the customer full view of all the culinary activity. Uncured ham was what put the owner-chef on the path of Italian cuisine, and the uncured ham and hand-cut pasta being prepared in full view makes for the course's show-off scene.
