But Thessaloniki’s Teight Hotel strives for something different. Also intended as a neighborhood nexus is Moldee, the hotel’s all-day restaurant, which handles everything from a classic Greek breakfast to a casual but stylish dinner drawing broadly from the Mediterranean culinary traditions.
