恐れ入りますが、このホテルに関する詳細はまだ日本語に訳されていません。 The combination of the Nobu restaurant group’s newly minted hospitality brand and Miami Beach’s already glamorous hotel scene would seem to be a natural one. And in fact the Nobu Hotel Miami Beach slots effortlessly into a row of luxury resorts along Collins Avenue — and in fact slots quite literally into the larger Eden Roc Resort. Nobu is a hotel within a hotel, and it’s a world of upscale glamour unto itself, with just over 200 rooms and suites designed by David Rockwell.
In the rooms the look is beach house meets Japanese ornament, and it’s a soothing style that’s well suited to the destination, and a nice break from the mid-century modernism that’s on display elsewhere around town. Nobu may be new at the luxury-hotel game, but they’re a quick study — they’ve got their own signature bed dressed in Fili d’Oro linens, as well as Nespresso machines and spa-like bathrooms, complete with Japanese-style teak benches in the showers.
Naturally, there’s a full-service Nobu spa, as well as a fitness center and no fewer than three pools, plus complimentary beach chairs, cabana rentals, and facilities for water sports equipment rentals. And the dining situation is predictably impressive — Nobu is, of course, first and foremost a sushi juggernaut, and not only are they in tremendous form here, but the signature restaurant is joined by Malibu Farm Restaurant, a farm-to-table concept by chef Helene Henderson.
