This boutique hotel is named after the house’s onetime owner, who invited passersby to dine at his table, and food and wine have remained a focus since his daughter took over in the late seventies.
Olive oil and wine are produced onsite, and fruits from the farm’s garden and orchards are beautifully presented each morning at the leisurely open-air breakfast.
