Like many boutique hotels now scattered across the Greek islands, Tella Terra takes a pared-back approach to design with neutral, muted shades, clean lines, minimalist interiors, and raw, unfinished textures. Restaurant Anemoia is based around the same ethos, and serves up a seasonal menu of creative plates that put local ingredients at the forefront.
