MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The restaurant is named after a store run by the owner’s father, who works in the kitchen together with his son. The menu is a combination of the natural flavours of Kyoto and the seasonings of Naniwa. The Japanese-style croquettes and wagyu grilled in sauce are both elaborate and famous specialities that, together, bring out the best in each other. The presentations by the owner, who studied Kyo-ryori, are elegant and refined.
