Only omakase set menus are served, so customers can enjoy the story told by the seasonal ingredients. The owner-chef says that ideas come from hints gleaned from familiar ingredients. His wish, he says, is to improve daily, and his dishes never feel as though they’re made from following a recipe. He showcases plenty of creativity, like pairing plain seafood with meaty flavours.
