MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Perfect for anyone who loves to share! For lunch and dinner, Jeroen Achtien and executive chef Christian Vogel (aka Birdy) provide an exciting dining experience. With their "Sharing is Love" concept, they put the onus on communication as much as culinary enjoyment in a relaxed, modern atmosphere. Their cuisine is predominantly vegetarian, but can be supplemented with fish or meat – both of which are of the highest quality. Choose à la carte dishes such as cauliflower tempura, soy sauce, peanut, salted lemon, or roast Hokkaido pumpkin, peanut, Thai curry, kumquat, with optional fried Gotthard zander. The sharing surprise menu for two is also on point – ten dishes are served in three courses.
