MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Naohiro Akiyama welcomes customers into an attractive old Japanese-style former house. The counter is his stage, and the curtain rise is his eloquent prologue-like introduction of the menu. The main ingredients are vegetables from Takagamine and seafood from Akashi. Seasonal leaves decorate the hassun, and the rice is cooked on an old-style stove. Curtain fall is the usucha he personally prepares for you. The sincere hospitality will satisfy you to the core.
