Airelles Val d'Isère
145 rue de la Poste, Val d'Isere, France
41 Rooms
Contemporary Classic & Lively
European ski resorts already lead the way in combining world-class winter sports with top-shelf luxury, but even in the context of the French Alps, Airelles Val d’Isère stands out. It’s a proper ski-in ski-out resort hotel, but at the same time it’s unusually refined, its architecture and décor combining classic Alpine-lodge warmth with a generous measure of Renaissance-era character — and the service, as in other Airelles hotels, is unusually devoted.
With just 41 units, it’s not overly large; accommodations range from the substantial Premier and Deluxe rooms through various suites on up to the five apartments, each with its own butler in addition to spectacular top-floor views and a degree of spaciousness that’s almost excessive, especially by ski-resort standards.
There’s a Guerlain spa complete with a 20-meter pool, and a very substantial ski program — Val d’Isere is not just an attractive mountain town but a serious winter-sports destination. You’ll also find among its restaurants La Grande Ourse, the latest incarnation of a longtime Savoyard classic, as well as Loulou, an Alpine version of the well-loved Parisian Italian-French restaurant of the same name.
Les Airelles requires additional information from guests to ensure the best stay possible. As such, reservations can only be confirmed through our customer service team. Contact us for assistance. Rates begin at 3700 EUR per night.
