The Dakhla Lagoon, on the Atlantic coast of West Africa, is notable as a destination for windsurfing and other water sports. It’s also the site of Caravan by Habitas Dakhla, a sort of seafaring counterpart to the brand’s luxury camp in the Agafay Desert outside of Marrakech.
