MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

It started two generations ago in Causeway Bay but the family’s reputation for Boat People style cuisine was made in Tsim Sha Tsui; further testimony comes from the celebrity signatures lining the walls. Elder sister heads the serving team; younger brother runs the kitchen. They are famous for their stir-fried crabs with black beans and chilli, roast duck and rice noodles in soup and congee. Guests aren’t seated until everyone in the party has arrived.
