At Abya, top-quality ingredients, impressive technique and plenty of flavour combine to awaken the senses! Renowned chef Aurelio Morales has embarked upon his latest project in the Palacio de Saldaña, an attractive French-inspired building that is now fully dedicated to gastronomy.
