Mater is a "retreat" where time seems to stand still and silence reigns supreme. The surrounding nature provides the perfect backdrop for a culinary offering that harmonizes beautifully with the environment. The dining room, welcoming and elegant, features an open kitchen on one side and large French doors on the other, flooding the space with natural light and offering a stunning view. The offerings range from the “Madre” menu to a lighter option called “In libertà”: 3 courses of your choice, plus 1 dessert (the same for the entire table). We recommend the sweetbreads, delicate and tender, flavored with an excellent Casentino gray pork jus. Alternatively, try the grilled guinea fowl among the mains for a dish with traditional tones and a bold flavor.
