MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This stately Spanish-style building was constructed in 1926. It can be seen from the nearby Tenjinbashi Bridge, with its striking exterior of textured brown tiles. The name of the restaurant is French for ‘bridge over the sky’. Nagasaki-born chef Osamu Ogusu prepares fish from the Goto Islands, such as chicken grunt and longtooth grouper, keeping the cooking light in keeping with modern sensibilities.
