Crisp clean lines set the scene of the modern brasserie of De Kluizen Golf Club (overlooking the greens), which is as well suited to a date night as to a business lunch. It rightly defines its cuisine as authentically characterful, with a classical repertory starring vitello tonnato, asparagus à la flamande and sabayon.
