Here Morris Adjmi Architects, familiar from hotels like the Wythe in Williamsburg, have turned two floors of the 1920s-vintage Packard Building into the apartment-hotel of your dreams, complete with Instagram-worthy interiors and genuinely residential-quality comforts.

This means full, proper kitchens, complete with everything even the most dedicated coffee snob needs for a morning brew — as well as Bosch washers and dryers, Apple TVs, and rain showers stocked with Sferra linens and Davines bath products. The apartments are pet-friendly, and they come with membership to a nearby gym. Get groceries delivered and cook for yourself, or hit the town — from here much of the best of downtown Philly is within walking distance. And while the vibe is residential and the service is low-maintenance, you’ll find the front desk and concierge on duty around the clock, just in case there’s anything you need. It’ll be hard to roll the dice on a one-off apartment after this....

  • Any additional children or adults are charged USD 50 per night for extra beds. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

  • The hotel will hold a $500 damage deposit for all reservations within 14 days of arrival. Deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure if apartment is left in same condition as rented.
