The Best Dim Sum in London

7 Restaurants
Traditionally accompanied by tea and eaten in the morning or at lunchtime, dim sum is a category of Chinese cuisine that encompasses a range of dishes including dumplings, buns and cakes. The phrase ‘dim sum’ roughly translates to ‘touch the heart’ in Cantonese and, while you will now find dim sum restaurants all over China and Hong Kong, it’s believed that it originated in southern China's Guangdong province. Whether you’re a dim sum superfan or are looking to give it a go for the first time, these London spots should be top of your list.

Canton Blue
