MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
‘Jidori’ means the very best type of chicken and this little yakitori restaurant, hidden down a little alley, has been serving such skewer delicacies for 12 years. Using assorted parts to ensure a variety of flavours and textures, the chef is also a real master, adding salt throughout the process to ensure maximum smokiness and complexity on every stick. Another highlight is the chicken hotpot, though this needs to be ordered a day in advance.
