MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Owner and head chef Markus Elison previously worked at Herrengass in Gschwend, where he proved his worth in the kitchen. Here, he cooks up delicious dishes made with high-quality ingredients. His cuisine is regional, with some Mediterranean influences. One of his signature dishes is Zwiebelrostbraten in a Spätburgunder wine sauce with spaetzle.
