Hôtel du Castellet
The rooms and suites mix classic and contemporary style, with colors drawn from Provençal tradition, and they start out spacious and luxe and only get bigger and more lavish from there. It’s a very tasteful luxury, stopping well short of anything ostentatious, but it’s safe to say there’s no comfort spared. The spa is similarly faultless, fantastically well-equipped and profoundly relaxing, and to the gym is added tennis, golf, and pétanque. Two restaurants complete the package: the casual, indoor-outdoor San Felice and La Table du Castellet, a gastronomic restaurant by chef Fabien Ferré.
