MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Built in 1900, this rather magnificent building – now home to a smart hotel – sits in a prime position overlooking Vilnius Cathedral and was once the city Telegraph office, hence the restaurant’s name. The contemporary ground floor space comes complete with a decked terrace and the personable service team cater for your every need. Modern menus offer plenty of appeal, with the Business Lunch representing great value for money. Dishes take on a straightforward approach and are carefully executed, with harmonious flavour combinations found in dishes such as salmon tartare with buttermilk panna cotta, compressed cucumber, bread & beer chips and dill emulsion.
