Here, chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, ably supported by his team, champions modern Mediterranean cuisine that is characterised by dishes that are meticulously prepared and extremely creative. More often than not based around classic dishes, including some from abroad, these are showcased in options Such as sea bass ceviche, Pesto calamari and a reinterpreted version of Tarte tatin. The surprise 11-course tasting menu is gradually revealed by serving staff as if they are unveiling a secret.
