If you’re strolling along Gijón’s seafront or marina, this restaurant is well worth a try – you won’t be disappointed! Inside, the unique look harks back to the New York of the 1920s, enhanced by a few retro decorative details, plus a kitchen that is partially visible to diners, who can choose between the enticing tasting menu and a concise, seemingly traditional à la carte, although when your choices arrive at your table you’ll discover dishes that are contemporary, with fine textures, delicate flavours and a strong hint of fusion and cutting-edge detail.
