The word yugen expresses an immeasurable, profound beauty and reflects the seasonal aspect to the decoration and tableware, and the spirit of Japanese cuisine. The tsukuri uses the freshest seafood, and the dashi is made from Ma- kombu, for a quintessentially Osaka taste.
