High up in the village, this charming 18C house is a haven of calm, boasting an unusual terraced garden that showcases the produce of the kitchen garden. It's a new departure for this restaurant run by two young professionals who have worked in MICHELIN-starred establishments in Toulouse, and who serve up cuisine that is essentially plant-based and finely executed: artichoke au gratin with aromatic herbs, chorizo emulsion; river trout from Condax fish farm, almond stuffing.
