In the heart of a pleasant wine-growing village, a young couple from Brittany run this restaurant where they rustle up cuisine with creative notes. In their single set menu, which comprises several variations, they put their native region and what the sea has to offer firmly in the spotlight: Vent des Alizés langoustines; John Dory from Saint-Quay-Portrieux and fruit and vegetables from market gardeners. The freshness of the fish is impeccable, and the cooking is mastered to perfection. You can see straight away that the chef – who is no stranger to MICHELIN-starred restaurants – knows his stuff and never forgets the sine qua non: how it tastes! The wine list, unsurprisingly, gives the floor to Sancerre wines, and you'll hear no complaints from us. Smiling service in a pared-back, elegant setting.
