Many Italians settled in Lyon during the Renaissance, attracted by its trade fairs, and these wealthy banking, printing and merchant families built themselves homes such as Les Loges. Beneath a modern glass canopy, you are invited to take a seat in a Florentine courtyard ringed by three floors of galleries to enjoy a candlelit dinner, during which time seems to stand still! The grandson of vegetable growers from the Lyon hillsides, Anthony Bonnet lavishes special attention on his ingredients, particularly the veggies. He works very closely with a network of growers and the seasons and taste are what guide his creativity.
