MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

First a mill, then a primary school, this stone - built village house draws you in with its lovely bucolic atmosphere... not to mention its cuisine, which meticulously fosters classicism. The terrace, shaded by old plane trees, exudes the essence of Provence. The house offers guestrooms that are as pretty as they are comfortable.

Oui bel endroit, ns avons dinne sur la terrasse de cet hôtel, très au calme et intimiste. Ravioli de gambas excellent ainsi que le craquant aux framboises. Juste une petite remarque sur le prix de la coupe de champagne, qui me semble assez élevé pour un besserat de bellefon. Sinon ns avons passé un très agréable moment, service irréprochable et direction et personnel très très agréables.
