MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A centrally located restaurant which is known across the city and as such is always full. Its facilities include a modern tapas bar, a pleasant dining with an acoustic ceiling system, and two small multi-purpose private spaces. The chef has taken over this family business with a firm hand, creating market-inspired traditional cuisine that is tailored to the wishes of his customers, hence the selection of seafood, stews and rice dishes that can be pre-ordered. Although everything on the menu is good, Alborada’s signature dish is the potato with a creamy wild mushroom and foie gras filling.
