Sant Sadurní d'Anoia is the capital of sparking cava, so this restaurant provides a great opportunity to round off your day after a visit to some of its famous bodegas. Located in a central street in the heart of the town, it features a single dining room with a classic-contemporary feel, where owner-chef Sergi Torres creates updated traditional cuisine with a good sprinkling of creativity. Choose between several set menus and a seasonally changing à la carte, the latter including a glass of cava on the house. The wine cellar features over 40 different local cavas!
