MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Can Domo occupies a 17C former peasant’s house that exudes the true essence of the Mediterranean. The kitchen here is run by two young chefs, Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo, who triumphed at the Madrid Fusión competition in 2021. Choose between two menus: a simpler option featuring rice dishes at lunchtime, and a more gastronomic tasting menu in the evening.
